[ Fun while it lasts. He knew this--Ron was already taken... so it wasn't as if this was going to be a thing forever. Watanuki suddenly felt like he was being watched, or that he was on some sort of strange timer. But the feeling was fleeting, and he slowly glanced down to his meal. ]

[ Little risk never hurt anyone. Well that certainly wasn't true, and he had his doubts, but he realized his heart was doing strange little pounds in his chest, but another part of him was telling him not to care. What would Yuuko tell him to do? Go with his instinct. Was this instinct? Or something else? ]

[ He was thinking about it too much, so he decided to stop thinking. He took a bite of his food, chewing, before nodding his head. ]

You're right. [ He was too far away to kiss him, so instead, his bare foot prodded against Ron's shin. It slowly moved to the inside of his leg, and then upwards, gently rubbing against the man's ankle, then up, just below his knee. ]

[ Oh, now this was interesting. This certainly wasn't anything he was expecting.

He's dead. He's been dead for a while now so little risks never were a problem. His resilience and pain tolerance was certainly more than a normal human could take. Even when he was alive, he'd always risked his neck for something interesting, something fun... and definitely something pretty on more than one occasion. This, he figures, isn't all that different.

There's a smirk on his face right now because if that wandering foot is anything to go by, someone's dying to get kissed again.

So he doesn't quite respond in kind, instead, his hand going to curl around the other's again, his thumb lightly trailing over his knuckles and over the base of his thumb to brush against his wrist. ]

You're playing a dangerous game, sweetheart...

Oh? I thought a certain someone didn't mind taking risks. Are you chickening out now?

[ And a snicker. ]

Only chickening out if you are.

Don't put it back on me! [ And his indignant expression returned, but it was accompanied by his cheeks flushing a warm pink. ] And don't look at me like that.

Are you going to kiss me or not?

[ Good thing he's finished his share of the meal at least because that's the sort of challenge he can't pass up. There's a pause as he takes another drink before wiping his mouth and silently getting up.

In two strides, he's over by Watanuki's side before leaning in with his one hand resting on the table. ]

Daresay someone's taken a bit of a shine to getting snogged...

[ He didn't say anything, though his mouth opened a few times, as if he was going to retort. But instead... ]

[ He shot a faint glare up towards Ron, Shut up, before tilting his little pointed chin up, closing his eyes. ]

[ He'll take his time. After all, they aren't being affected by enchanted cherry blossoms this time. Always better to come on slow. Always leaves more of an impact than rushing headlong into things, after all.

So when he leans in, it's teasing. The back of his fingers brushes against Watanuki's cheek before guiding his head up and closer. His lips lightly brush against the younger male's, starting with his lower lip before leaning in for something deeper. ]

[ Ronald is right. There is something addicting about kissing now that he's had a taste of it, and it leaves him wanting, his heart giving a flickering bump in his chest. The other male's lips are soft. When a deeper kiss is initiated, Watanuki obeys the call, mouth opening, tongue drawing the other in to kiss him deeper. ]

[ Goodness how did he end up like this again? Not that it's a bad thing. He's taking pleasure in how responsive Watanuki's being throughout all this, after all. Maybe he was right about the 'leaving them wanting' part. It seems to be working.

He turns his head ever so slightly just so he can press in a bit deeper. His tongue welcomes the invitation, wearing the other's lower lip with the lightest suck and nip before slipping in to tease his tongue in turn. It's evident his own heart's racing and maybe Watanuki wouldn't mind if he pressed in closer ever so slightly, his hand moving from the table to the other's thigh. ]

[ Dangerous. Playing with fire. It only made the kiss all the more enjoyable, and the hand trailing along his thigh made his face heat up. There was something special about kissing the man who gave you your first kiss. Ron had a part of him always, now. ]

[ His own hands lifted, resting on Ronald's chest, sliding slowly up and along it. One hand and it's slender fingers touched the other man’s face. ]

[ He'll draw that hand back. That's fire he isn't eager to be playing with just yet after all. Tempting as it is, he's already said he isn't that kind of cad. It's definitely not something he's eager to pursue for a fling. Maybe.

He does pull back, turning his head to run a slow line of kisses down his palm and over his wrist with the smallest teasing smirk. ]

Blimey, I thought you said you weren't easy...?

[ He doesn't pull away completely though, letting his lips linger near that teasing spot of flesh just past his sleeve. ]

[ And then his hand yanked away from Ronald's chest and gave him a quick one inch punch right on the gut. ]

You’re gonna really be the god of death when I kill you.

[ Now THAT is definitely something he wasn't expecting. There's a cough as he takes the punch, reeling back slightly. But he isn't insulted or hurt in the least. He's actually laughing. ]

You've quite the punch for a lad of your build.

[ And a chuckle as he straightens up. ]

I dunno mate... you can't really kill the dead again, now can you...?

I'm capable of more than you think!

Insult Guanyin and I'll show you no mercy.

[ I am tough darn it! ]

Blimey, then where would I be?

[ Oh, there was no doubt that the guy was tough. After all, it takes a certain something to be willing to punch a reaper in the stomach... even more a reaper who got promoted to be an actual death god. ]

Then again, it's mercy that got us in this in the first place.

Hmph. Don't blame my virtue.

[ But his two-toned eyes flicker across Ron's face, a show of gold and sapphire blue. There was a faint hum. ]

Wasn't blaming anything. S'just stating it as it was! If you didn't bother throwing a lonely reaper some compassion, you wouldn't have anyone to snog.

[ But he's just teasing at this point. He'll head back to his seat though. No sense tempting another kiss. Though he does give the smallest look at that thanks, causing him to tilt his head in the manner of a confused golden retriever. ]

What're you thanking me for?

For being there for me. [ And his face showed his seriousness, kisses aside. ] Back in my world, I...

[ His mismatched eyes glimpsed down at his hands, which were now folded together on the table in front of his barely-touched plate of food. But he shook his head. ]

Thank you. [ And he looked up to him. ] Someone actually recognizes someone like me exists.

[ Maybe actually being attractive to spirits might be a good thing apparently, if this is anything to go by.

He does manage the smallest smile back though, reaching over again to close his hand over the other's. ]

Least I could do, mate. You did the same for me even if we were strangers and even if we haven't known each other long, I'd be lying if I didn't say I've started to have a bit of a fondness for you.
